When the application form is opened in multiple tabs
You may not be able to select from the calendar.
Please try the following.
・ Close all screens and then display the application form again.
-Restart your computer.
・ Change the usage environment.
(E.g. calendar cannot be selected on the computer → Apply from a smartphone)
